MacBook Pro -MacOS Monterey v12.1 -2.Solution home Equipment and Hardware Capture Devices Downloading and Updating Blackmagic Drivers If anyone has any advice at all it would be greatly appreciated! We are streaming a show this Saturday and don’t have time to order new gear. They seem to be communicating-when I power on the laptop after the UltraStudio the US4K’s screen will flash, like it’s receiving signal for a second, and the buttons will freeze and not register being pressed. rtf in the new Desktop Video version specifically states UltraStudio 4K and Monterey are both supported. I have power cycled, swapped cables, and the issue is definitely between the 4K and our MacBook. Now it doesn’t even recognize the UltraStudio. Threw the old version of Desktop Video out and updated to most recent which is 12.2.2. Old version of Desktop Video was 11.5 I believe-the US4K would show up in that version but wouldn’t output video to OBS. Updated to MacOS Monterey (12.1) on a MacBook Pro and now our UltraStudio 4K will not connect to the BMD Desktop Video software or output video to OBS. I work at a mid-size live venue (cap 1100 or so).
